Unifor Members Approve Three-Year Contract with Stellantis
Unifor, the union representing Stellantis production workers, has announced that 60% of members have voted in favor of a new three-year contract with the automaker. The agreement covers employees at Stellantis' assembly plants in Windsor and Brampton, Ontario, as well as the Etobicoke Casting Plant. Smaller agreements for Stellantis workers in other units were also approved, with approval ratings ranging from 85% to 100%. The tentative deal, which closely resembles agreements already in place with Ford Motor Co. and General Motors Co., was reached after a brief strike on October 30.

The Stellantis contract, which will cover approximately 8,200 workers, includes several key provisions. General wages will increase by 10% in the first year, followed by 2% in the second year and 3% in the third year.
